Cancellation Policy

### Appointment Policies & Important Information Please review the following before your appointment: **Cancellation Policy** Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-call/no-show appointments, are non-refundable and will result in forfeiture of the session fee. **Zoom Appointments** Please verify that your appointment confirmation includes your Zoom link. If you do not see the link, contact us immediately at **[hello@suzy-woo.com](mailto:hello@suzy-woo.com)**. Before your session, please ensure that Zoom is installed on your device and that you are familiar with how to access the meeting. Time spent troubleshooting Zoom or locating the link during your scheduled appointment will be deducted from your session time. **Late Arrivals** Appointments begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. Additional time cannot be guaranteed. **Time Zone** All appointments are displayed in **your local time zone**. Please double-check your appointment details to ensure you join at the correct time. **Session Recordings** Zoom sessions are recorded for your convenience, and you will receive access to download your recording after the session. Recordings are typically available for approximately three weeks before being automatically deleted.
